James Scrivener gained substantial experience early in his career overseeing diverse infrastructure, energy and corrosion control projects for public and private customers as a key manager for Corrpro Companies based in Houston, Texas. After leaving Corrpro Companies in 2002, Mr. Scrivener independently launched a specialty contracting business. Over the next 7 years, he aggressively contracted and successfully fulfilled numerous multi-million dollar projects with well-known organizations including: The Smithsonian Institute, Anheuser-Busch, and Walt Disney World. He is considered to be a subject matter expert in the renewable energy, project finance and contract management space. Mr. Scrivener is a graduate from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
Prior to National Solar, Shane launched a fractional yacht ownership company based in Central Florida. As a principal, he strategically grew the company from a single 33-foot yacht to over a dozen yachts, ranging in sizes up to 100 feet in length, in 4 statewide locations. In the financial services industry, Shane led the funding efforts for numerous initial public and secondary offerings in the biomedical and technology industries. Additionally, he helped develop, promote and manage the operational and fiscal activities of one of the first publically accessible managed account programs in the country. Shane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
Mr. Williams has more than fifteen years of experience in contract administration and project management. Eric has managed numerous multi-million dollar construction projects where was oversaw all day-to-day operations and personnel management. Utilizing his technical and communication skills, he has worked closely with clients to develop projects from the ground up. Currently, as the Vice President of Development for National Solar Power Partners, Mr. Williams develops relationships with county and municipal governments and oversees contract acquisition, project coordination, and site development.
Mr. Jozwiak has over 13 years of multi million-dollar commercial development experience, including ownership and management of a number of successful real estate developments and financing companies. Mr. Jozwiak joined National Solar in 2011 and is currently involved in managing operations and financing efforts for the company. Mr. Jozwiak is also the Co-Founder and COO of Eden Center for Youth Empowerment, an early-stage international non-profit supporting third world disabled orphans. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
